Our cabin arrived on time and was unloaded quickly. It's very solid and substantial and looks lovely in the garden. We've painted and furnished it now and it's a great addition to our garden. There's a but though! The instructions for building it were very poor. The diagrams weren't clear, the screws, nuts etc were all mixed together and it took a good while and plenty of toil and sweat for us to work out where to start. They were very difficult to follow even for our friend who'd previously built two cabins from your company. Make the diagrams clearer and easier to follow and you would have a 5 star product. As it is I've had to give 4 stars.
