Lead remover was argumentative and intimidating. He spent most of the day shouting and swearing and complaining about having to pack the house he was being paid to fully pack! Also brought the wrong sized van despite being told it had to be two smaller vans at double the cost. The team on the second day were entirely different, polite, efficient and got on with the job in hand.
