Removal from my home to storage and storage to home was punctual. However, staff were not that eager to assist me with re assembly as it should have been. Also not enough protection was used in storage for my furniture. I was not pleased and disappointed with service given when moving into my new home. I also feel we were over charged as we had to pay again from storage to new home which was NOT explained when booking your service
