My mover was very meticulous and very pro-active, he helped me move even stuff that I thought was not worth carrying (eg 5 kg rice bag, oil bottles). The way he tied up everything in the van was great as nothing was able to fall or move so that it was safely transported. From what he told me this company operates like co-operative, and that can be really felt in the really good customer service.
