Having struggled for over a week and half with problems...one click with Simply Unlocked and all was solved. I decided to go SIM only after a number of years, only to disocver my phone was locked to my orginal provider...most frustrating as when I called them initially all seemed successful. Well teh code did not work...and Vodaphone didn't seem to care, despite saying tehy would resolve teh issue. IF I had not found Simply Unlocked I would still be without a phone....18 days later!!! Having search online and how to resolve the issue, I found Simply Unlocked and followed their advice. It was easy to follow, easy to complete the forms and having paid the money I go teh code within 12 hours and was back in action as quick as that! If this helps one person it is worth it! I WOULD recommend this company, I was worried about the legitimacy of it, but they more than proved me wrong and were super! Thank you
