100% genuine. I spent 4 hours with Vodaphone trying to get the MCK (unfreeze) codes and went around in circles getting no where. Shops were also going to charge £30+ to do the unlock. I spent £17 on simplyunlock and it worked with no issues and got the code the next morning. Cant recommend enough this option to unlock will always be cheaper than a shop and don't even both trying the Networks they are useless.
