Given an i-phone 5 by my ex wife. Bought a new contract with life mobile. Would not connect, locked to O2!. went on O2 web site, filled in the form to unlock using my PAYGo account. Quoted 2-4weeks to unlock! received and e-mail 1-week later, cannot unlock. retried with my ex wife's O2 account with same result! Tried my local unlock shop, quoted from £25, but would not give me a definite price! Searched the internet and came across simply unlocked. I was given a quote of £20 to unlock within 4-working days Felt sightly dubious after the previous hassle. It was Sunday, so I half expected a reply by Thursday that they could not unlock the phone. However, I was pleasantly surprised on returning home from work on Tuesday that I had an e-mail telling me my phone was unlocked. Tried the phone, worked perfectly. Well done Simply Unlocked! I would recommend this service to anyone 10 out of 10 well done. Needless to say I will not use any O2 products in the future!
