The website with the "product" you are peddling popped up when I was searching how to unlock my phone. During my previous unlock instructions web search, I learned that in the US, carriers are legally mandated to provide a free service to unlock devices which are programmed to only work on their network. They cannot legally require sole use of their service on a device you have purchased. Maybe the UK is different and this isn't a for profit company preying on folks who don't know otherwise.
