I was quite wary of using one of the hundreds of online unlocking services as there are lots of tales of codes no working and no refund from some companies, but no worries with these guys. I did Google them first and lots of good reviews.
Code came through after a few hours and my Samsung S5 is now unlocked from Vodafone and working on GiffGaff.
