After a week of calls to o2, who the phone was locked to, plus t mobile, my new provider, and a trip to an O2 guru, who knew less than I did, Simply Unlocked had my phone working in less than an hour on a Saturday evening.
Not one of the so call experts even mentioned the info I found here, let alone offered it. Money well spent, and a very happy customer.
