Had a minor issue (not their fault) that meant the order was in a bit of a limbo. A quick query to support and it was in a flash identified and processed by the excellent customer support (thank Paul) and the unlock came through within a few hours and worked first time. If, like me, you are at all paranoid about these kinds of services, be assured, this one's the real deal and far cheaper than a high street mobile shop that probably just uses this kind of service anyway.
