Vodafone had given me an incorrect NUC code on 3 separate occasions. Resulting in me needing a master unlock code. After hours every other day on the phone for over a month they still couldn't give me the code and kept having go fill in a supposed form and would always give me a 48hr time scale. After a bit of research i found this company. I rang simply unlocked and explained my situation as i was worried that if Vodafone couldnt get the codes then how could a random company online. He was very understanding, explained what i needed to do and reassured me that i will get a code but if not then a refund would be issued. I was given a time scale of 4-8hrs and to my amazement i received them in 3hrs. Both of the codes worked and i now have full use of my phone again. After all the stress and inconvenience vodafone had caused, i really wish i knew about this company before. Thank you
