We chose to use Simply Warmer to replace our old boiler with a Worcester one , because the warranty and after sales service were better than many other companies I researched. The salesperson Ashley was very helpful and answered all our questions. He also gave very good advice concerning controls and we chose the Nest because it is simple to use and can be controlled from your smart phone when away from home. The new boiler was installed efficiently on the 8th July and both the engineer and electrician who came were excellent and efficient, demonstrating and explaining the controls clearly. On July 11th the joiner came to box in the pipes. We are delighted with our new boiler and the excellent service we've received. I would give this company 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend them. John Seaman.
