The heating engineer Phil, who fitted the boiler did an excellent job, I couldn't be happier. However, the job is far from complete. The electrician did not arrive, and cannot come until Tuesday, which is 5 days later. The soak away hasn't been done either. Therefore, we have no controller or timer and are unable to control the system other than constantly adjusting the temperature on the boiler.
So currently, I am not a happy customer. I did expect a lot more especially when we were
told it would all be completed in one day..
