Customer service first class. I have spent fortunes on every aspect of replacing hair..toppers ..real hair wigs ...synthetic...I like red and it was really hard to get until recently.my very reasonable click wig is fabulous.vibrant colours trendy. And not too thick as they sometimes are . Slight drawback is that out in the wind it doesn't settle back well but nor does real hair!! Doesn't irritate the skin . I am very sensitive. for the price a bargain. And very quick refund for the wig that didn't suit me ..with no quibbles. Definitely will use again..thank you
