My worktop was delivered without notice, despite promises to the contrary on the website. It was luck that I happened to be off work on that particular day. The worktop was also damaged, so much so that I have had to compromise on having a breakfast bar in my kitchen. Unfortunately we only spotted the damage when the carpenter arrived, some time after I had received (and signed for) the worktops.
