I had a delay on my delivery by USPS. Made one phone call to Simply Speciosa and spoke to Patrick. Patrick took the ball from there. That delay was fixed the very next day and I received my delivery like the day after. Patrick went over and beyond his call of duty for me. He also followed up with a phone call and an email.
