This is the second (?) time, I believe, that I have ordered from him. There was a delay with UPS, but that was on them on not on him. He was very polite, professional, and timely with his responses, even when I had been rude with him. Once he was made aware of the delay, he addressed the issue with UPS and my package arrived within 2 days of his call. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is considering buying.
