I recently upgraded from a Fanatec DD1 (that had the QR2 and Podium hubs) as well as Heusinkveld Ultimate plus 3-pedal kit to a SC2 Pro, Active Brake Pedal, Passive Gas & HE Sprint clutch. While Fanatec has admittedly made great strides lately, (with the QR2 and better Firmware) there is no comparison between the DD1 and SC2 pro. I couldn’t be more impressed. The Active Pedal is flat out amazing, and has helped me improve lap times, even when compared to HE Ultimate +, but beyond that, the immersion is uncanny. Being able to get profiles created by Professional drivers is fantastic too. So far I’ve simply downloaded some profiles, hopped into iRacing, & started winning races! NO FUSS. They make things incredibly easy, and godly accurate. Simucube is the very best in the business, and I am SO PLEASED to be using their Ecosystem, and receiving THEIR level of Support… Fanatec support is flat-out worthless, and worse GD aggravating. Thank you Simucube! After three Direct Drives and 3 pedal sets, I’ve finally found what I was looking for, & products that live up to (and flat-out exceed) the hype! 10/10 stars!!! ❤️🫡
