Hi,
The original shipping order was lost and never nade it to me, however after reaching out to Support team they did a great job on solving the issue.
Not only the owned the problem, they come up with resolution on the spot and shipped new item the next day and I got it within 2 days with overall wait I believe of 10 days (if counting from the moment order originally was placed)
