I didn’t interact directly with anybody, so I don’t know how they are available and fast in a process of reply and case management like for a RMA. Regarding the Wheel: Not fully satisfied. Coming from 5 years on a Fanatec DD1, the first thing that you notice is the noise. The new simucube is 3 times noisier than my old DD1, the software provided by simucube in comparison with the other seems a game not well refined. Some parts are simple others complex to understand without a guide. The force feedback is smooth and fast, more than the DD1, but I can’t understand why with the same tuning setup used on different cars and tracks on IRacing change a lot the feeling of the road and curbs. Some tracks are very well detailed, others I can’t feel anything… This situation never been so present on DD1, it was most of the times at the same level, but not so precise as Simucube. Really strange… For sure I can say that finally I found a very well designed quick release, without any movement. Currently I don’t know what to do with it… for sure I will test it for more days.
