I received a detailed response in less than 24hrs when I had a configuration issue initially. It outlined the parameters of my question as well as all solutions and limitations based on the game title I was playing. Every part feels quality made and easy to assemble with the video help. Very pleased with my purchase so far and I'll be back for a wheel + base combo!
