Simucube's customer service is beyond exceptional. I had a mixup with my package that resulted in one of the items being stolen. I notified Simucube customer service and in less than 24h I had a replacement item shipped out to me no questions asked. They were friendly, kind, professional, and responsive and really helped me out. I cannot thank them enough for what they did to replace the item!
