I placed my order and it was shipped promptly, too prompt actually, as I quickly realized I had ordered the Sport wheelbase when I meant to click on the Pro model. Customer support was as immediate as it could be, considering I am 6-7 time zones away from Finland. I was advised to "refuse" the delivery of the Sport wheelbase, I had to wait around all day (retiree benefit, didn't have to skip work) for the FedEx driver, but did successfully meet him at my door. After successfully turning away the order, that is when I placed the order for the Pro wheelbase. It shipped promptly, then got delayed by FedEx (not a Simucube issue). When the Sport wheelbase arrived back at the Simucube warehouse facility here in the USA, I received an email from Simucube that accurately awarded me a refund of the Sport purchase price. Upon Pro model arrival I bolted out up, installed software, picked a FFB profile from the collection, and went into a league event an hour later, good result. The performance of the wheelbase is outstanding. I have caught some long slides since it's installation, and I'm either surprised by a run of good luck, or the wheelbase translates information quick enough and accurate enough where I was able to make the compensation to stay alive on track.
