I received a bolt that didn't have a milled head. They didn't include an extra so my rig baseplate has one black bolt since I had an extra from Sim-Lab. Simucube said it was too difficult to send out a replacement and I should check a local hardware store. Not what I expected after paying ~$2500 for a pedal and baseplate.
