Ever since they were announced, I've been dreaming of owning Simucube's active pedals. I finally took the plunge, helped by the Black Friday promotion. I was very happy when I received them, very excited when I fitted them to my racing chassis, but very quickly became very disappointed when nothing worked due to a faulty mains supply. It's frustrating but it can happen with any product and any brand, it doesn't change the image of quality that Simucube gives me. So for my first experience with Simube I had to turn to the after-sales service. I found that the people there were very efficient (very quick response), very professional and really listened to the customer. After the usual checks, they did everything in their power to solve my problem and deliver a new power supply as soon as possible. Special thanks to Denis Tymann and Nea Lepaus. These pedals are fantastic - yes, they're expensive, but it's impossible to regret buying them because they're such a phenomenal improvement on what's available on the market.
