Product and customer support is always top notch. The only reason why less than 5 stars is the delivery courier they use in the USA. My package was delayed almost an entire week due to the constant incompetence of OnTrac. I have never had a delivery with no issues with this courier and wish Simucube would move on from that company to a more reliable service provider
