I haven't received an order even though the money was taken out of my account 3 weeks ago. I have been chasing the order for over a week now by email and telephone. I keep being told someone will call me back that day and so far no-one has bothered to call. At the moment I am £38 down. I have asked for a refund but nothing has been returned to me. I will never order from Sirdar again. They offer terrible customer service!
