Went to the shop in Portobello Road. Chap outside was friendly and chatty; went inside and the assistant could not have been more helpful. Offered to send the whole purchase since not all the jackets I wanted were in stock; which then arrived 48hrs later. Very nicely packed. Some nice touches like the postcard inside the package. Each jacket was nicely folded and wrapped individually. Well done all round. Only shame was not getting a discount for buying four jackets (although I did get a free pair of socks)
