Six Star cruises are very helpful and eager to book your holiday until they have your money but then no one wants anything to do with you. Problems are NEVER resolved, phone calls NEVER returned and refunds NEVER received. Be warned, use this company at your peril!! Go direct to cruiseline, more knowledgeable and helpful.
