I originally placed an order and the correct amount of numbers did not get delivered. I contacted the rep. And it was taken care of immediately. I was surprised at the speed in which it was handled. I was very happy with the efficient way in which the mistake was handled rather then me being questioned as if I had done sonthibg g wrong and have to prove this or that. I was very thankful for the communication and process.
