Have been using you guys for a few years now, we have 3 bikes and numerous sets of riding gear.Extremely good product, easy to order. Except the last order was let down by the poor service by the courier service you used, they sent me a message to say that it was to be delivered on the Thursday then the Friday between 8 and 5.30, didn’t turn up tried to call, no human to talk to only a chatbot. They still sent me messages at 7.30 at night saying it was coming today. Then they sent me a message on Monday that it was partially delivered 🤷🏿‍♂️. Didn’t show up till Tuesday. You might need to find someone else.
