Is SKDA Moto Creative reliable?

First time I'd used skda in a few years, and I definitely didn't feel like they tried to design a nice layout of my sponsors logos this time round, also felt really really rushed, had to tell the guys the same mods I needed made to the kit multiple times before they did what I asked. They could have just been having a bad day though I guess. Not as good as it used to be thats for sure
