We booked Chalet Dibona last minute so got a great deal but would happily pay full-price. The accommodation is exactly what you want after a full day’s skiing, lovely and cosy. A nice relaxing bath, comfy sofa, and all the pots, pans, utensils etc needed for home cooking. The Ski Peak resort reps were outstanding, so helpful and friendly. The gondola mid-station is about 5 minute walk from the chalet so very handy in the mornings. There aren’t any shops, restaurants etc in La Villette but Vaujany is a few minutes on the shuttle bus which we found very reliable. This finishes around 6pm so be mindful of this if you stop in Vaujany for apres ski ;). We usually go cheap and cheerful on the skiing accommodation and spend on eating out etc but after staying in Chalet Dibona has definitely changed our minds in this! Thanks Ski Peak
