Avoid the Skinceuticals website. It accepts orders which cannot be fulfilled and then unilaterally cancels them 10 days later.
My order for a new face cream was unilaterally cancelled 10 days later, leaving me without a face product.
The enticing inducement of a free sample was not honoured and I was not offered any alternative face product.
Skinceuticals customer service told me this issue is prevalent.
