I’ve been buying the hydrosil dry eye concealer for a while now and it’s perfect if you have dry or excema prone skin around your eyes.
But... they really need to address their packaging. The click button stopped working and the product had been hardly used. Customer service advised things to try like tapping the end and manipulating the button as it was an issue they were aware of.
None of this worked and after being refused a refund or replacement I’m reluctant to buy another one in case the same thing happens.
I think as this is an issue that they know of, they should be prepared to offer replacements.
