Bought a Tuo High Chair. It was recalled for a safety issue. Skip Hop would not even begin processing a refund until I provided them with evidence that I had slashed the seat and cut the safety straps.
Great. How do I feed my child while I am waiting for the refund???
Also, their toll-free Customer Service line is staffed by people who struggle to speak even basic English.
