They will tell you what you want to hear before the purchase, but if anything goes wrong they will not stand by their word. Do not trust them, don't waste your money here.
My WoW account was suspended for account sharing (their guaranteed safest way to boost, VPN and all). I lost the achievement and mount that I paid to get through their service. I also had two other open orders that can no longer be completed because of the suspension. I reached out to their customer service on their site and emailed their support email. I haven't received an email yet and the customer service online hasn't been of much help. I appealed the suspension, as they suggested. The appeal failed and the suspension stands. I have requested a refund for the service I was suspended for and the two orders that can now not be completed because of the suspension, and so far they have offered me "funds towards other games" (that I don't play) and an amount of gold that they sell online for $32 (lol) but they refuse to refund me. I still have a transcript from the original order clarifying that if my account were to get suspended that they WOULD give me a refund before I made the purchase, yet this has turned out to be a complete lie. I've showed them the transcript of them telling me they'd give a refund but they don't seem to care.
In short, I'm out a whole lot of money, I didn't receive any of the services I paid them to provide, and now I can't play the game I want to. I just want a refund at this point and to move on, but they refuse to provide that as well.
SBB554 is the original order. ZHF806 and ZAS453 are the other two open orders that cannot be completed due to the suspension.
