This is the 3rd purchase of many where iv been waiting longer than 2 days for order to be fulfilled. Express option was checked on all orders. When chatting to the reps I'm getting a response ever 30-60 mins. With no eta on order and being able to cancel due to them not refunding money to card and instead forcing me to take credit. I'm stuck waiting or losing out on money.
