Thought I'd chip in here. If you don't know how to get a refund from Skyfluence:
1) Search for their website. Just google Skyfluence Beauty and it'll pop up
2) Click on the contact button. You'll see a form which you'll need to fill.
3) Their support will respond within like 10 mins. They refunded my charge and cancelled everythiung.
I'd say you're better off contacting support instead of initiating a chargeback. Skyfluence's support is really fast and does refund money with no hassle. Been a good experience.
