Today I closed my account with Skyprivate & CMD.
They had some tech issues and when I did a refund for customer it went to a different user. I went back to see what was going on, thinking maybe I sent to the wrong person but when I went back the customer's user name didn't show. I've done refunds before, been on the site for gee 10yrs. I explained the situation with support and the short of what he said was it's impossible to reverse it unless I can prove my case. So after logging off then back in the user name shows up. Now I have two do another refund. That made two refunds. I told him they absolutely can reverse it but choose not to. That was $60....not a big amount but they could have reverse it and my customer who's a long time regular told them to reverse it.
After being on there for years and dealing with the pimp like support I had enough and closed both my accounts. This has been years in the making. This is one of many situations where support really doesn't care about anything other than money. You can take screenshots of abuse from customers and nothing ever happens to them. But the minute a customer reports you, its a different story. You will be walking on eggshells. If a customer tries to use outside payments, they care.
The support has always been horrible and the site really has gone downhill with a lack of traffic and extremely cheap prices. Tired of the digital pimps, the timewasters and the abusers that comes with having a free way to chat with you. No more....I'm on other platforms so I'm not gonna sitting in a corner crying, I just want to warn others to be very careful with those two sites.
