absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I am trying to return 2 Georgetown Hoyas basketball shorts that they sent me that were the color purple! been 9 days since they responded to my 5 emails. there is no telephone number either. totally clueless staff. My issue is still ongoing. Just need to do a simple return. Unbelievable.
