First and last time I will deal with them. Supposedly my order was shipped on7/21 per the fulfillment order center. Tracking number assigned to order has no movement through UPS which means only the label was created through them.
I even chatted with UPS and they confirmed that package wasn’t received. I’ve sent 3 emails this morning and no one has replied back.
They’re a complete joke and will never deal with them again. Oh by the way I was told yesterday to wait till 8/10 and if no activity is there they would do something.
