This seems to be a scam. Their chat agent "Sally" never replies to any messages, when trying to phone them, someone obviously answers but no one replies; and emails are not replied to. I have paid for service but haven't received order nor delivery confirmation. I give them one more chance to reply, or will report it as a fraud.
