Excellent communication from day 1 from all the girls at Sleeps12 and from Simone the housekeeper. Ramscombe House was ideal for our 11 adults & 3 children - lovely place and no complaints or issues raised. The following 2 nights were recommended on the Sleeps12.com website: Gayla Stewart cooked restaurant quality meals for 14 people in the house which was superb food - she and Mollie were very friendly and seamlessly efficient throughout! Jon Sebbar gave us a great night with his Cocktails & Games - everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail making experience and laughs. Cannot fault anything at all during our 4 day break. Overall I would definitely recommend Sleeps12.
