Excellent service from Jessica plus Helen especially after last year having to cancel holiday from April 20 due to being a vulnerable person due to lockdown
The booking insurance company would not refund balance of holiday until Jessica informed them that I had sent the right documents proving to them that I had cancelled before the lockdown dates were made public
A full refund was then Recieved from the insurance company thanks to Jessica.
