This summer I was struggling to secure a holiday home for the 12 of us and I stumbled across sleeps 12. From day one they were the most helpful agent I think I have ever dealt with. Their warmth and excellent customer services excelled anything I have ever experience and I really felt that they all really cared about me and my family.
