I could not be any happier with the service provided by sleeps 12. I was always kept up to date and knew exactly what was happening. Emails were replied to quickly and having the online log in was really helpful. The house and weekend away with friends was perfect and the deposit was returned within 24 hours of leaving. I will not hesitate to use sleeps 12 again!
