When Covid restrictions were introduced back in 2020, I was a little nervous about changing the date of our booking (mainly after reading other people's negative reviews - I needn't have worried, Sleeps12 were brilliant!) I was able to easily change the date to suit our group. I have been impressed by the level of service from start to finish. The booking was easy, the payment email reminders were helpful, and most importantly the accommodation was incredible. Thank you, I look forward to booking our next trip away!
