This has been my first experience with sleeps 12.com and I've been extremely pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff I've dealt with and to speak to real people is wonderful they are interested in my queries about details on properties etc and have gone the extra mile . We had an excellent holiday in August at the pink thatch so I've made another booking for 2024 at the shires for another family holiday. I would highly recommend this company for my future holidays having been treated appalling by another holiday company so you have been excellent. Thank you.
